We love a red carpet fashion moment here at The Handbook, so to mark the end of the year, we’re taking a look back at some of the most iconic moments of 2025. From the Oscars and Grammys to The Met Gala, here are the team’s favourite red carpet outfits this year:

Zoe Saldaña

Zoe Sandaña’s 2025 Oscars look still stays in my head. Not only did she take home the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress on the night, she also stunned on the red carpet in this ruby red, tiered Saint Laurent number. I love that it is both interesting and classic at the same time.

Julia Roberts & Amanda Seyfried

It wasn’t the most high-octane red carpet outfit, but this Versace look – worn perfectly by both Julia Roberts and Amanda Seyfried at the Venice Film Festival – was instant inspiration (I screenshotted it immediately). Now forever on the hunt for lemon stripes and a sharp, inky blue blazer.

Mikey Madison

I loved this elegant, classically Dior look from Mikey Madison, it just really suits her. The droplet necklace balances the black stripe perfectly, the subtle, visible tailoring at the side creates great shape against the train, although I think she could loose the bracelet. It feels old school Hollywood glamour, not too over the top like some Hunger Games esc red carpet looks nowadays.

Shah Rukh Khan

Obsessed with the King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan’s outfit for his Met Gala debut this year. He was dressed in Sabyasachi, and I thought the whole fit was iconic – a floor-length coat with monogrammed Japanese horn buttons and a pleated satin kamarbandh, with a gorgeous cane crafted in 18k gold and cut diamonds. Stunning.

Olivia Dean

This look captures, in my opinion, what Olivia Dean represents as a modern pop star who merges this fusion of contemporary pop and old school jazz that we’re all loving. When I first saw it, it made me want to pay closer attention to what she was doing — her music, her person, and her style. Her talent is undeniable, but her styling has also shaped her into such a distinct presence.

Rita Ora

To me, this look totally channels Goldie Hawn’s signature mussed-up but utterly perfect style – and trumps all the other attendees. Rita looks so relaxed and her outfit is so simple, the Miu Miu gown really lets her style do the talking.

Robyn, Managing Director

Zendaya

Zendaya looked effortlessly chic in her ivory Louis Vuitton suit at the Met Gala, embodying a perfect blend of power and elegance. The crisp tailoring highlighted her silhouette with clean lines and structured sophistication, while the soft ivory tone added a touch of femininity. The look delivered major boss vibes.

Harriet, Head Of Partnerships

Jenna Ortega

I’ve been loving everything Jenna Ortega has worn on the red carpet this year. Her Emmy’s Death Becomes Her moment really stood out to me. She has a way of making every outfit feel like it was made for her, not the other way around.

Caitlin, Senior Campaign Success Manager

Emma Stone

I loved Emma Stone’s look at the 2025 Oscars. A champagne Louis Vuitton gown that sparkled without trying too hard. The clean silhouette was modern, yet timeless and glam at the same time. Paired with her pixie hair style and dewy makeup, she looked effortlessly cool.
