Nomadic Dinners, Buckinghamshire

Hidden in the countryside, away from prying eyes and wandering tourists, lies Nomadic Dinners, an immersive outdoor dining experience. Just a short ride outside of London to Buckinghamshire, you’ll find the group hosting postcard-perfect supper clubs, abrim with floral arrangements, delicate glassware and candle sticks lining the tables to create a rustic tablescape, all set in a magical-esque woodland. 

There are plenty of options to choose from, including this season’s feasting over fire series. The supper club champions humble ingredients and brings out its flavours through using ancient cooking methods over an open flame. Fire + Wild, Sussex

Taking place in East Sussex, Fire + Wild is centred around the outdoors, wild foraging and cooking with fire. Set up by chef, hunter and forager Mark Andrews, you’ll find the team hosting several events, from dining experiences and guided foraging walks to wild camping events and cocktail workshops. 

Learn basic fire skills as you’re taught by the experts and go foraging and uncover which fungi, wild herbs, fruits and berries are edible in their day workshops. The day will be finished with a multi-course tasting menu, featuring ingredients from the surrounding forest and paired with wine and seasonal wild cocktails.

Green Farm, Kent

The home of rustic retreats, farmland and a boutique spa, Green Farm in Kent is the perfect countryside escape. Throughout the year you’ll find their in-house chef Amelia, as well as other local chefs, host special supper clubs, dining experiences and foodie events.
